As a dedicated Digital Sales Specialist, your role revolves around the proactive identification and engagement of leads and prospects. Responsibilities
- Own the technical side of sales engagements with clients and prospects.
- Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
- Identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
- Cold Outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn. Engage with prospects and referrals and inbound leads.
- Lead Nurture: Manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation sales funnel.
- Targeting/Segmentation: Segment target audiences based on B2B propensity-to-buy segment strategies, personas, “jobs-to-do” messaging strategy, and demographic criteria and completed interactions.
- Lead Generation Workflows: optimize program workflows in lead generation systems to support Sales/Marketing processes.
- Manage day-to-day activities and lead planning meetings different teams to define and execute on B2B demand generation strategy required to drive identified KPIs and business growth initiatives.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French
- 1+ year sales experience in outbound lead generation
- Understanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g. Sales Navigator…).
- Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by Procomix Technology Group.
- Ability to multi-task across a wide range of tasks and clients.
As a Software Engineer at PROCOMIX Technology Group, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing new and updated software programs. You will be leading the development team with all software development tasks as well as ensuring all projects are completed on time as per the set requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Directing various tasks related to software and web development, including design and coding.
- Attending and contributing to company development meetings.
- Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills.
- Creating and managing code, as well as addressing small bug fixes.
- Monitoring on the technical performance of clients’ web applications and systems.
- Responding to requests from the development team.
- Writing reports.
- Conducting development tests.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering
- Working experience as a SharePoint developer
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET frameworks
- Familiarity with SharePoint Framework, Workflows and Webpart Model
- Knowledge of client-side development using React or Angular
- Knowledge of SQL server, MySQL and NoSQL is preferable
- Understanding of building and consuming backend Web APIs
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, and jQuery
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in SharePoint On-premises and online.
- Having project management skills is preferable.
As a System Engineer at PROCOMIX Technology Group, you will be responsible for troubleshooting support issues, handling project deployment tasks, and labs & products testing.
Job Description:
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Support the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to assist in the implementation and management of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Active Directory, including user and group management, Group Policy, and security settings.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
- Participate in incident response and problem resolution, investigating and resolving system-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft products and services.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft systems and suggest improvements to enhance system performance and security.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and maintain a knowledge base.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and their administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server administration and configuration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and their deployment and management.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior engineers.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of systems engineering.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server would be a plus.
